About the project
The structure of this building was designed with the presence of the most prominent design engineers of “Yasachim Architecture and Design Studio” using the latest modern technology, including the items mentioned below, and has high resistance against earthquakes, humidity and the weather of the Caspian coast:
• Implementation of 3-layer nano insulation for the guard walls, behind the concrete walls of the main structure, in order to prevent moisture from entering the building
• Implementation of concrete structure using A4 type rebar and concrete with C35 strength in accordance with the regulations of the world
• Implementation of structural concrete insulation by adding mesocrete and super-lubricants in order to increase the optimal resistance against settlement, earthquake and humidity
• The walls are made of two layers of light concrete blocks in two rows with the creation of an empty space to break the thermal bridge using wall posts according to the relevant new regulations.
• Complete coating of all metal structures to the extent of 0.8 microns to prevent any scratches and corrosion
